• An axial fan is a type of fan that causes gas to flow through it in an axial direction, parallel to the shaft about which the blades rotate. The flow is axial at entry and exit. The fan is designed to produce a pressure difference, and hence force, to cause a flow through the fan.

The Industrial Tube Axial Fan is designed for efficient high-volume air movement in industrial applications where space constraints and direct airflow are important. These fans are commonly used for general ventilation, cooling, exhaust, and process air applications in factories, warehouses, workshops, tunnels, and large industrial facilities.

The fan consists of a robust cylindrical tube casing made of heavy-duty mild steel or corrosion-resistant alloy, which provides structural strength and durability for harsh industrial environments. Inside the tube, an aerodynamically designed axial impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft or belt-driven, enabling efficient air movement along the axis of the fan.

Powered by a high-efficiency IE2-rated electric motor, the fan ensures reliable and energy-efficient operation even under demanding conditions. The assembly is designed for easy installation on walls, ducts, or rooftops and comes with necessary accessories like mounting brackets, inlet and outlet flanges, vibration isolators, protective bird screens, and flexible connections.

For long-lasting performance, the fan is finished with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel paint, providing excellent resistance against corrosion, dust, and moisture.

The Industrial Tube Axial Fan is ideal for applications such as factory floor ventilation, tunnel ventilation, industrial process exhaust, smoke extraction systems, and general industrial cooling where large volumes of air need to be moved over long distances in a compact, efficient design.
